Solutions Architect, Lead

As a Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) architect, you will translate customers’ IT needs and future goals into architecture plans, designing and implementing complex systems and security practices across national security environments. You will lead cloud migration, advanced technology integration, and legacy system modernization while mentoring junior developers and shaping the digital solutions business.

• Architect and design DoD systems, including networking, switching, certificate, encryption, and VPN technologies for remote access solutions.
• Lead the design, test, and deployment of National Security Systems (NSS).
• Provide subject‑matter expertise to support CSfC solutions across markets.
• Lead capture efforts and develop proposals and marketing strategies for secure mobile communications.

• 6+ years of experience in technical engineering leadership roles, including leading technically diverse, medium‑size teams.
• 6+ years of experience leading and growing a technically diverse team with continued mentorship.
• 6+ years of experience architecting and designing complex DoD systems.
• 2+ years of experience architecting solutions leveraging multiple CSfC Capability Packages (CP).
• 2+ years of experience leading the design, test, and deployment of National Security Systems (NSS).
• Experience in an architect role, providing ad‑hoc subject‑matter expertise to bolster CSfC solutions across markets.
• Experience leading capture efforts and small‑to‑medium‑scale proposals.
• Knowledge of developing business or marketing strategies for secure mobile communications.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• HS diploma or GED.

• Experience working in coordination with industry.
• Knowledge of industry and government trends in secure mobile and remote access workforce.
• Ability to communicate with senior customers.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Salary range: $ to $ (annualized USD).
