** Introduction
The Sponsor’s Digital Support Modernization office provides quality Enterprise IT collaborations and integration across IT programs in support of Executive strategic priorities. The multi-faceted team interfaces with several IT Executive programs. These collaboration efforts provide a wide-range of capabilities and business needs, from human resources, finances, acquisitions, medical, security, travel, supply chain, facilities, and support integration. Work Requirements

• The Candidate shall develop and maintain IT roadmaps and schedules showing key milestones, deliverables, and dependencies between various IT teams and enterprise capabilities.

• The Candidate shall track overarching program risk and mitigations between program initiatives.

• The Candidate shall attend, document, and track, forums and working groups in support of modernization initiatives and strategic objectives. To include status updates for requirements and action Items.

• The Candidate shall Develop and maintain spending plan to the Sponsor for managing oversight of large complex IT programs.

• The Candidate shall provide a Monthly Financial and Progress Status Report to include financial breakdowns, schedules, risk and mitigations, progress, and action items. This report should be delivered to the Sponsor within the first 10 days of the month.

• The Candidate shall also provide project documentation, presentations, and other documents, as required by the Sponsor.

• The Candidate shall Lead and support the Sponsor’s Agile Scrum and Project Management process, while adhering to the Sponsor’s Agile enterprise implementation.

• The Candidate shall Develop and execute a communications plan that enables IT teams and stakeholders to understand the various phases of implementation and future direction.

• The Candidate shall leverage the Sponsor’s enterprise IT initiatives to build and enable re-usable infrastructure data flows for the Sponsor’s IT development team partners.

• The Candidate shall Leverage the Sponsor’s multi-cloud infrastructure and services to provide innovation solutions that meet the Sponsor’s evolving needs.

• The Candidate shall Create, maintain, evolve, and brief engineering documents at the Sponsor’s approval board meeting.

• The Candidate shall Support technical, architectural, and engineering discussions with the Sponsor’s architecture and network engineering teams.

• The Candidate shall Work collaboratively with multiple IT development and engineering teams to document, plan, and implement technological changes.

• The Candidate shall collaborate with Sponsor IT, security, and stakeholders to implement and manage the network and associated infrastructure to transfer data from one domain to another and provide access to partner networks and applications.

• The Candidate shall provide and monitor audit logs to meet network and infrastructure security requirements.

• The Candidate shall complete required accreditation documentation and maintain approved and authorized accreditation status for designated systems.

• The Candidate shall Provide Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support for new and existing program systems, data flows, and associated networks. Required Skills and Demonstrated Experience

• Demonstrated experience program management and system integration managing successful IT complex programs; facilitating and participating in meetings and information sessions; coordinating IT program schedules; creating/distributing minutes and action items; tracing action items for successful completion.

• Demonstrated experience preparing program plans and reports, to include budget spend plans.

• Demonstrated experience analyzing functional business applications and design specifications for functional activities and translating to IT requirements.

• Demonstrated experience preparing technical proposals for presentation to engineering review boards for approval.
