You'll build in redundancy, implement monitoring tools, and automate wherever possible. You'll reduce toil by scripting routine tasks and automating self-repair. You Have:
* 1+ years of experience in a technical support role such as IT operations or help desk

* Experience performing initial troubleshooting for system, application, or network issues

* Experience using ticketing or incident management tools such as JIRA or Service Now

* Experience with Linux or Windows system administration fundamentals

* Ability to follow standard operating procedures and document actions clearly

* Ability to work rotating round-the-clock shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

* Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph

* HS diploma or GED

* Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of hire Nice If You Have:
* Experience monitoring enterprise systems, dashboards, logs, or mission applications

* Experience escalating incidents to higher-tier teams

* Knowledge of on-call processes, after-hours support models, or operational recall procedures

* Ability to work independently in a high-tempo environment

* Possession of strong written and verbal communication skills, to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff

* Bachelor's degree

* Security+ or Network+ Certification

* Industry cloud foundational AWS Cloud Practitioner, CompTIA Cloud+, or MS Azure Fundamentals Certification Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $ (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
