We are actively recruiting for a Program Manager with a current TS/SCI w/ Poly tosupport our Network Solutions Division, based in Northern Virgnina. Required
Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree (or 10+ years IC experience in lieu)
* TS/SCI with poly
* Minimum 10 years program management (IT contracts), incl. 5+ years managing multi-project programs
* Managed $20M+ in contracts
* Managed 3+ concurrent IT projects totaling 25+ FTE and 5+ subs/vendors
* Maintained ≥95% compliance with contract SLAs/KPIs; delivered ≥85% of contract deliverables on schedule Desired
Skills and Experience:
* PMP certification
* Experience with complex federal IT programs
* Leadership in industry best practices
* Strong innovation/change management
