As a site reliability engineer (SRE) on our team, you’ll help the Intelligence Community develop more robust systems by building a resilient infrastructure. You’ll build in redundancy, implement monitoring tools, and automate wherever possible. You’ll reduce toil by scripting routine tasks and automating self‑repair. This is your chance to further your skills in cloud infrastructure and technologies while continuing to grow your SRE experience.

• 2+ years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or SRE
• Experience performing second‑level troubleshooting for system, application, or network issues
• Experience using enterprise monitoring and incident management platforms such as Service Now, JIRA, or EMS
• Experience with Linux or Windows system administration
• Experience escalating and coordinating with Tier 3 teams for complex problem resolution
• Ability to analyze logs, correlate events, and validate system‑level issues
• Ability to work rotating round‑the‑clock shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• HS diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA‑Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of start date

• Experience supporting on‑call, after‑hours, or recall‑based operations models
• Experience scripting, automation tools, or troubleshooting frameworks
• Experience analyzing dashboards, mission applications, system metrics, or infrastructure health tools
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional engineering and mission teams in a high‑tempo environment
• Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills, to communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical staff
• Associate’s degree in IT, Cyber, or Engineering preferred;
  Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cyber, or Engineering a plus
• Industry cloud foundational AWS Cloud Practitioner, CompTIA Cloud+, or MS Azure Fundamentals Certification
• Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA‑Security, or GSEC Certification
• Security+, Network+, or Linux+ Certification

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary range: $62,000.00 to $ (annualized USD). Compensation is determined by location, education, skills, experience, and contractual factors.
