As a site reliability engineer on our team, you’ll help the Intelligence Community develop more robust systems by building a resilient infrastructure. You’ll build in redundancy, implement monitoring tools, and automate wherever possible. You’ll reduce toil by scripting routine tasks and automating self-repair. You Have:- 1+ years of experience in a technical support role such as IT operations or help desk
- Experience performing initial troubleshooting for system, application, or network issues
- Experience using ticketing or incident management tools such as JIRA or Service Now
- Experience with Linux or Windows system administration fundamentals
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and document actions clearly
- Ability to work rotating round-the-clock shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- HS diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC certification within 6 months of hire
- Experience monitoring enterprise systems, dashboards, logs, or mission applications
- Experience escalating incidents to higher-tier teams
- Knowledge of on‑call processes, after‑hours support models, or operational recall procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff through strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a high‑tempo environment
- Bachelor's degree
- Security+ or Network+ certification
- Industry cloud foundational AWS Cloud Practitioner, CompTIA Cloud+, or MS Azure Fundamentals certification
