** Key Responsibilities
*** Provide desktop, peripheral, and user access support for office personnel, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
* Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, printers, and standard business applications.
* Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls in accordance with IT policies and security requirements.
* Respond to service desk tickets, diagnose technical problems, and resolve or appropriately escalate issues.
* Track IT assets, support equipment moves and upgrades, and maintain accurate inventory records.## ## ##
** Qualifications**###
** Required
* ** Active TS/SCI with a Polygraph
* Bachelor's degree
* Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
* Experience providing hands-on IT support in a desktop or service desk environment.
* Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and basic network issues.
* Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and common productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
* Familiarity with user account management, permissions, and directory services (e.g., Active Directory).
* Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
* Experience documenting technical issues, resolutions, and procedures.
* Ability to manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment.
* Attention to detail and strong customer service skills.
* Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds.### ### ###

* ** Previous experience supporting a government or defense contractor environment.
* Familiarity with basic server administration or endpoint management tools.## ## ##
