The CIS program supports our intelligence customer by delivering IT services to conduct its globally distributed operations. We are driving a technological transformation of customer IT services by leading the design, development, implementation, and operation of cutting‑edge solutions. This includes continuous service improvement through modernization of IT system infrastructure.
Cadist is looking for an experienced, innovative, and motivated Master Scheduler to support the mission objectives and needs of the Defense Intelligence Agency.
The position is contingent upon award of the DIA SITE III CIO Infrastructure Services (CIS) contract.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain detailed resource‑loaded schedules for implementation, developmental, and operational systems.
- Work with Tech Refresh and operational teams to develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and assist in keeping these schedules current and updated on a weekly basis.
- Use or recommend automated tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or program‑mandated software.
- Develop and/or modify project schedules and/or the integration of multiple project schedules into an overall Master Program Schedule.
- Maintain the overall Master Program/Project Schedule.
- Link project schedules with the overarching program, Investment Portfolio, functional area, and/or other IMSs.
- Provide hands‑on development of layered schedules and IMSs that address how an acquisition project is progressing and how that project contributes to overarching requirements and objectives.
- Maintain status on linkages and dependencies with related projects.
- Provide services IAW the contract documents and meet performance metrics set forth in the SLAs.
- Create required documentation, reports, and data adhering to schedule, format, and content requirements specified by the contract.
Required:
- Must hold a current Top Secret SCI clearance with ability to obtain poly.
- AS/AA and 14+ years of experience, BS/BA and 12+ years of experience, MS/MA and 10+ years of experience, or PhD and 6+ years of experience.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in project management, project scheduling, or project execution role following a detailed, integrated schedule.
- Current DoD 8140 – IAT II Certification (e.g. CompTIA Security+).
- Willingness to learn new skills and new technologies.
- ITIL 4 Foundation Certification.
- Experience with Microsoft Project Server and associated client applications.
- Familiarity with IC ITE services and classified environments.

The proposed salary range for this position is $94,400 – $198,200.
