As a solution architect on our team, you'll translate the customer’s IT needs and future goals into an architecture plan, craft products and design specifications, lead prototyping efforts, and work directly with the customer. You’ll help transform how GEOINT mission systems use technology—including cloud migration, advanced technology integration, and legacy system modernization. You will mentor the next set of developers and guide them toward becoming future solutions architects.

• 10+ years of experience designing, developing, operationalizing, and maintaining complex cloud applications or platforms at enterprise scale
• 5+ years of experience with programming languages such as Python, Go, and Java
• 3+ years of experience architecting solutions on multiple Cloud Service Providers (CSPs)
• 3+ years of experience with Dev Sec Ops  principles
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Ability to supervise others and lead projects and deliverables within a collaborative and cross‑functional team environment
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience in software engineering, or 10+ years of experience in software engineering in lieu of a degree
• Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA‑Security, or GSEC certification within 6 months of hire date

• 5+ years of experience with ground systems, mission control software, and satellite communication protocols
• 5+ years of experience with Agile engineering practices
• Experience architecting solutions on Azure using cloud‑native services such as AKS, Azure Functions for serverless, or Auto Scaling
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Developer, or Sys Ops Associate certification

Salary range: $86,800.00 to $ (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
