Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models for natural language understanding and predictive analytics on large, heterogeneous datasets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate mission requirements into data‑driven solutions, ensuring alignment with intelligence objectives.
• Implement robust data pipelines and infrastructure on AWS, applying Dev Ops best practices for continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring.
• Conduct rigorous experimentation, model validation, and performance tuning, publishing findings in internal technical reports.
• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the evolution of the organization’s AI/ML strategy.

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field with strong quantitative background.
• 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning, NLP, and data science within high‑stakes environments.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud services (AWS) with hands‑on Dev Ops tooling.
• Demonstrated ability to work with large, complex datasets and deliver production‑ready models.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
