As a site reliability engineer (SRE) on our team, you’ll help the Intelligence Community develop more robust systems by building a resilient infrastructure. You’ll build in redundancy, implement monitoring tools, and automate wherever possible. You’ll reduce toil by scripting routine tasks and automating self‑repair. This is your chance to further your skills in cloud technologies while continuing to grow your SRE experience.

Qualifications- 1+ years of experience in a technical support role such as IT operations or help desk
- Experience performing initial troubleshooting for system, application, or network issues
- Experience using ticketing or incident management tools such as JIRA or Service Now
- Experience with Linux or Windows system administration fundamentals
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and document actions
- Ability to work rotating round‑the‑clock shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- HS diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA‑Security, or GSEC certification within 6 months of hire
- Experience monitoring enterprise systems, dashboards, logs, or mission applications
- Experience escalating incidents to higher‑tier teams
- Knowledge of on‑call processes, after‑hours support models, or operational recall procedures
- Ability to work independently in a high‑tempo environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Security+ or Network+ certification
- Industry cloud foundational AWS Cloud Practitioner, CompTIA Cloud+, or MS Azure Fundamentals certification
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
CompensationSalary range: $62,000.00 to $ (annualized USD). The range is one component of the total compensation package.
