Systems Engineer Security Clearance

Position: Systems Engineer with Security Clearance
Join a mission-driven team modernizing secure video production across a federal enterprise. We're seeking a Systems Engineer to design, configure, and maintain a secure video network supporting media teams across multiple business units.
In this role, you'll collaborate with video producers, multimedia designers, and IT staff to support the entire media lifecycle—from camera to storage—ensuring high-quality production within a secure infrastructure. You'll evaluate equipment and software needs, implement upgrades, troubleshoot performance issues, and maintain compliance with accessibility (Section 508) and security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and maintain secure video production networks
Support video equipment (cameras, lighting, audio) and editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve)
Lead procurement and integration of media tools within secure environments
Author and implement video network security plans
Ensure accessibility and Section 508 compliance
Troubleshoot performance issues and support system upgrades

Required Experience:

Experience with studio equipment, editing tools, and broadcast workflows
Familiarity with security compliance and procurement in secure environments
Strong network troubleshooting and multimedia system integration skills
TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly Preferred:
Experience developing video workflows and using procurement systems
