Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, creative and detail-oriented Courseware Development Specialist to design and produce instructional materials that support the adoption and responsible use of AI technologies—including Agentic AI, Generative AI (GenAI), and traditional AI—for a leading independent federal agency focused on financial system stability. This role will collaborate closely with the AI Training Specialist, subject matter experts, and technical teams to create engaging, accessible, and mission-aligned learning content that empowers staff across diverse roles and technical backgrounds.
Requirements:
- Translate complex AI concepts into clear, engaging, and role-relevant instructional materials.
- Create content that supports workforce readiness for GenAI, Agentic AI, and traditional AI tools and technologies.
