Our work depends on a Technical Lead joining our team who has at least 10+ experience in IT disciplines in the area of operations, analysis and virtual operations to support customer requirements. TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.

** HOW A TECHNICAL LEAD WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:*
* + Be responsible for designing and maintaining an on-premise multi-tenant data center environment

+ Be the lead point of contact (POC) for the Sponsor on all technical related issues, including Tier 1-3 support

** WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:*
* Required Qualifications:

+ A bachelor's degree in an IT or engineering related field. In lieu of a bachelor's degree in an IT or engineering field, candidates may substitute with four (4) years of demonstrated experience in IT disciplines. Years of experience for substitution are  _in addition to_  other years of experience requirements outlined below

+ Ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in IT disciplines, of which at least five (5) years are as a technical lead

+ Demonstrated experience with software virtualization products

+ Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning/roadmap development and execution for operational systems

+ TS/SCI with SCI Poly clearance

The likely salary range for this position is $187,000 - $253,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
