Entry Level to Senior Level BI/ETL Developers (Multiple Positions)

Create and Develop Databases, Tables, Stored Procedures, DDL/DML Triggers, Views, Cursors, Indexes using T-SQL and User defined data types. Create new database objects from the beginning. Create SSIS packages to extract data from different systems and doing transformations and loading them in to target systems and Scheduling Jobs using SQL Agent to call the packages and Stored Procedures. Develop reports such as drill down reports, parameterized reports, linked reports, subreports, Matrix Reports and Chart reports using SQL Server Reporting Services and publish them to users in online thru Report Server and SharePoint server.

Develop OLAP Cubes by using SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) and able to create data sources, data source views, Dimensions, Measures, Hierarchies, Attributes, Calculations using multi-dimensional expression (MDX). May require traveling to setup systems across the nation at various client locations.

Development of Java Enterprise Edition (JEE) applications. Analyzing, Designing, Developing and Documenting JEE projects within the central JEE application development environment. Must have knowledge of Struts JEE Application framework, JSP/Tiles, Spring framework, tag libraries, iBatis and SQL and Oracle Database Technology Etc. Must be willing to travel, perform feasibility studies, and interact with clients for different one and short term projects.

Fit-Gap Analysis and solution design of Asset and work management using Oracle Work and Asset management (WAM) and Oracle mobile workforce management (MWM). Functional design and configuration for the solution involving Oracle WAM, Oracle MWM, Click suite of products. Design of system interfaces and data conversions on oracle databases using PL/SQL and Oracle SQL. Manage system integration testing and support user acceptance test for Oracle work and asset management and Oracle mobile workforce management.

Project management for implementation of WAM & MWM packages. Tracking and reporting of the project progress to steering committee and senior leadership. Maintain customer relationship and stakeholder management during the project. Create project charter and master plan for different phases of the project with adherence to PMI guidelines. Resource planning for different phases of the project. Identifying risks, monitoring active risks and planning mitigation strategies for the risks.

Execute the plan and allocate tasks to the team members. Approve leaves, conduct appraisals and recommend promotions and role changes. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to manage the organizational change. May require travelling to set up systems at various client sites across the nation and perform feasibility studies.

System Study, design, analysis, business process mapping, define process flow and procedures, GAP Analysis & Blue print work specific to SAP CRM, customer service and billing modules. Custom configuration and setting up of ISU CRM and CS areas such as contract management, move in/Out, disconnection & reconnections, owner allocation, complaints and work order processing. Configuration and setting up ISU billing Schema, rate categories, collective invoicing, complex rates and budget billing (payment plans).

Setting up transaction types, item Categories for sales orders, copy controls, partner functions, partner determination, org determination, text determination, and Date/status/action profiling. Configure/customize/personalize the SAP CRM interaction center to support customer move-in's, move-outs, Disconnection and reconnection.
