Job Description:

Ensure the safety and security of our nation as a Technical Lead ’ll apply the latest technology and provide operational support to deliver actionable intelligence for the Intelligence Community. Here, your work will have meaning and impact as you deliver your best every day.

As a Technical Lead, you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Our work depends on a Technical Lead joining our team who has at least 10+ experience in IT disciplines in the area of operations, analysis and virtual operations to support customer requirements. TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.

• Be responsible for designing and maintaining an on‑premise multi‑tenant data center environment
• Be the lead point of contact (POC) for the Sponsor on all technical related issues, including Tier 1‑3 support

• Strong ability to work with leadership team to plan and execute tactical and strategic efforts
• Strong ability to lead, mentor, and motivate experienced technical staff
• Through proactive leadership, create an environment where the impact of technology on the business is clearly recognized
• Demonstrate planning and organization skills
• Demonstrate ability to communicate issues, impacts, and corrective actions
• Demonstrate ability to clearly report relevant information
• MS Office suite proficiency

• A bachelor’s degree in an IT or engineering related field. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree in an IT or engineering field, candidates may substitute with four (4) years of demonstrated experience in IT disciplines. Years of experience for substitution are in addition to other years of experience requirements outlined below
• Ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in IT disciplines, of which at least five (5) years are as a technical lead
• Demonstrated experience with software virtualization products
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning/roadmap development and execution for operational systems
• TS/SCI with SCI Poly clearance

• A master’s degree in an IT or engineering related field
• Demonstrated expertise with mission support systems
• Demonstrated experience in IT process improvement through software automation process

The likely salary range for this position is $187,000 - $253,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
