We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Agile Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating agile practices, ensuring smooth implementation of Scrum frameworks, and empowering cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time. You will act as a servant leader, guiding teams in the process of continuous improvement, fostering collaboration, and removing any obstacles to help achieve sprint goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive transformation across the organization by leveraging frameworks, including Scaled Agile (SAFe), Scrum, and Kanban.
• Work to drive the adoption of the Agile mentality through Lean Portfolio Management, Agile delivery knowledge, and Agile life cycle management tools, while coaching and mentoring team members.
• Lead multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) from end-to-end and deliver SAFe training and workshops, including leading SAFe, SAFe for Teams, SAFe PO/PM, and Values Stream Identification.
• Help to bring standard methodologies into the organization and partner closely with senior leadership to establish lean agile routines and practices that transform the organization to run Agile at scale, integration and continuous development, Dev Ops, and automation.
• Lead daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, sprint reviews, and backlog refinement sessions.
• Guide and coach team members in Agile principles and Scrum practices to foster self-organizing and high-performing teams.
• Actively identify and remove any blockers or obstacles that hinder the team's ability to meet their sprint goals.
• Serve as the main point of contact between the team and stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.

Required Qualifications

• A current Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility and the ability to obtain a polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years experience or 6 years experience with Masters or High school and 12 years of experience
• 6+ years of experience as an Agilist, leading Agile transformations as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• Experience with coaching, mentoring, and advising technology leaders through a sophisticated agile transformation
• Experience with designing and executing enterprise organizational transformation frameworks
• Experience with Atlassian Suite, including JIRA, and Confluence
• Knowledge of Application Life Cycle and Agile Management tools
• Ability to lead discussions with executives, team leads, and leaders within the organization on Agile topics

• SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) Certification or similar certification

$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
