Overview
Canundra is seeking a Service Now Engineering Lead to join our team. This position is based in Chantilly, VA. A Service Now Engineering Lead will have significant experience with Service Now and Amazon Web Services (AWS) to lead all technical aspects of a large Service Now modernization and operations & maintenance (O&M) program. The program uses Service Now to provide agency-wide IT Service Management (ITSM) at a federal agency.
The agency's desire is to upgrade the current platform, improve monitoring and reporting of disparate datasets and metrics, and supplement service delivery with the integration of AI-enabled automated assistance. The Engineering Lead is responsible for the effective and efficient envisioning, integrating, configuring/tuning, and sustainment of the software and supporting processes essential to ensuring the required visibility into the end-to-end performance of supported infrastructure.
- Lead the technical aspects of a large Service Now modernization and O&M program.
- Oversee integration, configuration, tuning, and sustainment of Service Now software and supporting processes.
- Develop visibility into end-to-end performance of supported infrastructure and data metrics.
- Collaborate across teams to implement AI-enabled automated assistance and improve monitoring and reporting.
- Active/current TS/SCI with polygraph clearance is required.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) or related technical field.
- 3+ years of recent and relevant experience as a service provider, providing design, development, integration, configuration, and O&M of Service Now automation.
- Service Now certification(s), specifically CTA (Certified Technical Architect) and/or CMA (Certified Master Architect).
- AWS certification(s).
- Experience in training, integrating, and/or deploying AI chatbots.
- 11 Federal Holidays (12 if there’s an inauguration).
