Cyber Security/Information Assurance (IA) Functional Specialist Special Advisor

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance, consultation, and thought leadership to the client and project team.
  • Ensure quality and test‑measurement activities are integrated throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Validate and verify adherence to specified requirements via test and measurement.
  • Lead and manage quality assurance activities.
  • Apply in‑depth expertise in engineering, policy, planning, analysis, training, facilities, communications, design, human capital, business, and management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in a distinct functional or cross‑functional business area, cross‑market exposure, and relevant certifications.
  • Strong coordination with senior specialists and task leads.
  • Knowledge of tools, methodologies, and best practices in Information Assurance and Cyber Security.

Certifications Required/Desired

  • DOD 8570.01‑M Level III certifications: CISSP, ISSAP, and others.
  • Must obtain the appropriate DOD 8570.01‑M certification within 90 days of hire.

Tools & Technology

  • Desktop and network servers, Integrated Circuit Testers, Logic analyzers, Notebook computers.
Cyber Security/Information Assurance (IA) Special Advisor

Responsibilities

  • Develop security architectures and specifications.
  • Conduct strategic planning and recommend implementation strategies.
  • Advise government on security policy, trusted product assessment, and cyber situational awareness.
  • Support penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and risk analysis.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in information security compliance, risk management, security engineering, and incident response.
  • Knowledge of security operating systems, data management, and web technology.

Certifications Required/Desired

  • DOD 8570.01‑M Level II/III certifications such as CISSP and GSEC.
  • Certification within 90 days of hire.

  • Cloud computing, IT engineering, and cyber‑warfare tools.
Program Manager

Responsibilities

  • Determine technical and business goals in consultation with senior leadership.
  • Manage contractual personnel, develop quality control plans, and provide status reports.
  • Coordinate activities across functional areas and manage project schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements and deliverables.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Business management, scheduling, and training of technical staff.
