This is a contingent position based upon contract award. K is seeking a highly qualified candidate to act as Team Lead for a team supporting the Chief Information Office (CIO) at a government customer in the Northern Virginia area. The CIO Team Lead will lead and manage a team of contractors/subcontractors, directing their efforts and serving as the primary point of contact with the government customer on technical execution and project issues.
PrimaryResponsibilities
- Manage and direct all project operations of the team operating from multiple work locations.
- Provide brief leadership on program status and milestones.
- Develop procedures for successful program execution.
- Current and active Top Secret / SCI security clearance.
- Minimum four years of experience managing projects providing project enterprise Information Technology (IT) Operation and Maintenance (O&M) support and IT enhancement projects.
- Experience providing technical support materials for senior leaders such as strategic papers, options analyses, executive briefings.
- Demonstrated experience performing executive action tracking.
- Experience guiding program performance, resource planning, and acquisition/procurement strategy.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data analytics, software engineering, or related technical field and at least 8 years of experience. (High school diploma and at least 12 years of experience may be considered.)
- Experience translating mission priorities into actionable IT roadmaps, investment plans, and measurable outcomes as it relates to counterintelligence and security missions.
$172,900 - $211,400 (This range is for Washington DC Metro Area Only). The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
