All Source Analyst/Technical Targeter – Senior

Clearance: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required

Cornerstone Defense partners with military, intelligence, and civilian government customers to support U.S. operations worldwide. Our Intelligence Sector delivers solutions for information collection, exploitation, dissemination, and research activities. The team specializes in software development, cloud architecture, systems and network engineering, systems integration, agile management, targeting operations, and intelligence analysis. Support includes cyber network operations, exploitation and defense, signals intelligence, human intelligence, and critical missions and networks.

• Conduct data research and analysis leveraging customer targeting tools to facilitate operations
• Design and tailor products/deliverables based on needs and deadlines for both tactical and strategic requests
• Mentor new targeters on projects, workflows, and tools
• Test new solutions to meet targeting needs
• Design new tools data scientists build for targeters

TS/SCI with poly required

Bachelor’s degree in a technical relevant field or 4 years of additional relevant experience

6+ years working for the client in a targeting / data science role

• Experience with trade craft, tools, and operations
• Experience with open-source research and applications
• Experience ingesting large datasets
• Scripting using Excel, Python, or similar technologies
• Extracting data using SQL, Presto, S3, or similar technologies
• Experience with data visualization tools like Elasticsearch, Kibana, Tableau
