Position requires a Top Secret (TS/SCI) Clearance with a Polygraph. Provide support to a community of interest (COI) for migrating from on-prem to multi-cloud, supporting multi-tenant environments, and performing executive level briefings. Act as part of a group level security and architecture team responsible for research, design, development, accreditation, and maintenance of complex systems spanning all network fabrics; track and optimize cloud costs by developing cost models for IC and DoW partners;

support the Customer’s technical forums and review boards; review proposed technical solutions and architectures and provide findings, research and whitepapers on potential solutions; evaluate Cloud Service Provider offerings for use with highly sensitive data; provide expertise on encryption techniques and articulate the best option; serve as focal point for cyber security vulnerabilities; provide in‑depth technical understanding of the Customer’s tools and assist external partners with adoption and use.

• SME (16+ years’ experience)
• Demonstrated experience designing, developing, or maintaining systems that handle extremely sensitive data
• Demonstrated experience designing, developing, or maintaining systems on multiple network fabrics
• Demonstrated experience with Cloud Service Providers (CSP) offerings, specifically AWS, Azure, and Oracle
• Demonstrated experience optimizing cloud hosted systems for cost and performance efficiencies
• Demonstrated experience designing, developing, or maintaining systems used globally
• Demonstrated experience with hybrid cloud architectures
• Demonstrated experience designing or maintaining on‑prem architectures

Optional Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience on Service of Common Concern (SoCC) programs
• Demonstrated experience designing and standardizing Dev Ops processes
• Demonstrated experience with the Customer’s suite of tools
• Demonstrated experience supporting IC and DoW programs
• Demonstrated experience with the Customer’s Configuration Management Database (CMDB) processes and procedures
