- Analyze development contractor and subcontractor integrated master schedules and perform schedule diagnostic health assessments, trend analysis, schedule realism analysis, schedule risk analysis, and EVMS analysis on large, complex space and software‑intensive programs.
- Document and communicate analysis findings to senior Government leadership.
Location:
On‑Site, Chantilly, VA.
Travel Requirements:
Minimal 0‑20%.
Working Hours:
Standard.
- Security Clearance:
Active TS/SCI with a polygraph. - Bachelor’s Degree in any field of study.
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience in schedule analysis, EVM and Government contracting principles and practices.
- Ability to assess program schedule critical paths & schedule margin erosion.
- Ability to perform schedule diagnostic and schedule health assessments.
- Understand correlation of contractor status to various technical performance metrics and assess alignment with objective performance measures (BCWP) in support of predictive schedule forecasts and estimates at complete (EACs).
- Strong multi‑team collaboration skills and sound judgment to work with cross‑functional and multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Effective organizational and communication skills in writing, oral and briefings, and proficiency with standard office systems and software products such as Microsoft Office.
- Schedule analysis tools:
Basic working or functional knowledge of Full Monte, Milestones Pro, or equivalent. - Experience with information technology systems, automated information systems (AIS) and software development environment.
Basic Compensation: $150,800 – $207,400 (Virginia area only).
Additional compensation may include bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation per internal policy or contractual designation, such as sign‑on bonus, relocation benefits, short‑term incentives, long‑term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
