ServiceNow Asset Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Service Now Asset Manager to deliver innovative IT solutions that address the mission-critical needs of a Federal Partner's government clients. The role is on-site in Alexandria, VA and requires a public trust clearance or the ability to obtain one.

• Manage IT assets and service delivery using Service Now in support of federal government clients.
• Coordinate and lead asset management activities to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute projects effectively.
• Monitor and report on asset lifecycle, inventory levels, and related performance metrics.
• Provide strong organizational and leadership contributions to programs and projects.
• Maintain clear and proactive communications with stakeholders and project teams.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience (3 - 5 years) in asset management or a related role.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably with certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Service Now.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• On-site work in Alexandria, VA; ability to obtain or maintain a public trust clearance.
