• Senior Scrum Master to work within an Agile environment, leading Scrum teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions for the Customers Development, Security, and Operations (DSO) and Cloud Services initiatives. The role blends leadership, project management, Agile expertise, and a strong understanding of cloud and Dev Sec Ops  environments.

• Serve as a Scrum Master for cross-functional Agile teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across team members, stakeholders, and other teams.
• Drive the successful execution of Agile projects, ensuring on-time delivery of project goals aligned with JARVIS SOW requirements.
• Collaborate with the Customer, product owners, and stakeholders to prioritize and manage backlogs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitor project progress, remove impediments, and proactively address risks and challenges.
• Promote Agile best practices, principles, and values to foster an Agile mindset within the organization.
• Continuously improve team performance and delivery velocity by identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to enhance Agile maturity.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Customer and other stakeholders regarding Agile project progress and updates.
• Communicate project status, risks, and impediments effectively to leadership and stakeholders.
• Facilitate discussions to align stakeholder expectations and ensure transparency in the development process.
• Support Agile development in multi-cloud and Dev Sec Ops  environments, ensuring adherence to the Customers development standards and security protocols.
• Collaborate with developers, Dev Sec Ops  engineers, and other technical staff on CI/CD pipelines, cloud solutions, and security processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate best practices in cloud services, automation, and system optimization.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including sprint velocity, delivery timelines, and quality metrics.
• Enable data-driven decision-making for teams and stakeholders by providing actionable insights through dashboards and reports.
• Ensure all work aligns with the Customers security, compliance, and accreditation requirements.
• Support the development and submission of deliverables, including project plans, after-action reports, and accreditation documentation.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field; or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Agile methodologies, including at least 5 years as a dedicated Scrum Master.
• Experience in managing Agile teams in cloud-native and Dev Sec Ops  environments.
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex IT projects.
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Service Now.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.

• Technical foundation as a former developer, cloud engineer, or systems administrator.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent.
• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or similar Agile certifications.
• Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with cloud tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git Hub, Chef, Sonar Qube, Nexus).
• Knowledge of Agile metrics and performance measurement.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a product-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication and client-facing consulting skills.
• Comfortable operating across cross-functional engineering, security, and product teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.

• Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance required
