JSI Telecom is seeking a Technical Support Advisor in a hybrid on-site/remote environment. You will deliver technical support and resolve complex hardware and software issues for a worldwide customer base, with travel up to 30%.
Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of experience in IT support, strong knowledge in VMware, Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and networking. A Top-Secret clearance and bilingual Spanish are a plus in our demanding, 24/7 environment.
