Key Responsibilities

As a Manager in EY’s Transformation Architecture and Delivery (TAD) practice, you will help lead and drive transformation initiatives, contribute to the design and delivery of business and solution architecture frameworks, program management approaches, and value realization structures. You may work in either TAD Business or TAD Technology Strategy, broadening your experience while specializing in your interests.

  • TAD Business: Partner with clients to plan, design, deliver, and deploy transformative solutions. Direct strategic transformation programs through TMO and PMO frameworks, use Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum) to manage risk and resources, shape governance models, craft business cases, and help clients achieve measurable value.
  • TAD Technology Strategy: Partner with clients to define and execute technology transformation agendas, design technology operating models, optimize costs and sourcing, support M&A integrations, develop governance frameworks, and help clients modernize technology to improve performance, agility, and outcomes.

Skills and Attributes for Success

To qualify you must have:

  • A bachelor’s degree with ~5 years of related experience, or a graduate degree with ~4 years of related experience.
  • ~3+ years of consulting experience, including client service delivery, stakeholder management, structured problem solving, and client‑ready recommendations.
  • Experience leveraging AI‑enabled tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity and client delivery.
  • ~3+ years leading work streams or small teams, including planning, status reporting, issue/risk management, stakeholder updates, and quality review.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, facilitate meetings, synthesize inputs, translate business needs into work plans, and maintain delivery momentum.
  • Strong executive communication, presentation, analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
  • Ability to lead inclusive teams, support high‑quality delivery, demonstrate commercial acumen, and contribute to account growth.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 65‑80% with flexible hours.

Ideally you also have:

  • Experience managing large‑scale transformation initiatives.
  • Experience in technology operating model design, capability roadmaps, organizational change, technology strategy, cost optimization, sourcing strategies, enterprise architecture.
  • Familiarity with PM, portfolio tools (MS Project, Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Clarity, Planview).
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall.
  • Structured framework application to solve complex business and technology challenges.
  • Experience in business development: proposals, RFPs, client presentations.
