Network Deploy Technician III, GND - Scaling

• Manage work and priorities through ticketing system and workflow to complete customer requests and projects.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to remove project obstacles.
• Troubleshoot networking, routing and interconnectivity issues, including device configuration and low‑level application interaction.
• Travel within the geographical work area is required; occasional travel outside the traditional area may be requested.
• Troubleshoot cabling infrastructure connectivity issues, including patch panels and cords.
• Specify power and cooling requirements and ensure hardware racking/stacking for new equipment.
• Participate in the migration, basic configuration and rollout of new or upgraded hardware.
• Move and lift computer equipment up to 40 lbs.

• Report current status via ticketing system, status reports, and email.
• Maintain accurate records and document problems and processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to remove project obstacles.
• Exhibit quality workmanship and maintain site cleanliness.

• Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds; participate in group lifts for 41+ pounds.
• Work in an environment that operates 24/7, with primary responder rotation and after‑hours support as needed.
• Work in cramped, elevated, or noisy environments.
• Bend, lift, stretch, reach, stand, and walk for up to 8+ hours a day.
• Ascend and descend ladders, stairs, and gangways safely without limitation.

• 2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience.
• 1+ year of computer networking experience.
• High school or equivalent diploma.

• Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree.

• Starting pay: $27.00 – $48.00 USD hourly (USA, VA, Chantilly).
