Bring your software development expertise and drive for innovation to GDIT. The SCRUM Master must have:

Education:
Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
•
Experience:
3+ years of related experience
• Technical skills:
* Plans and facilitates scrum activities, including sprint planning, daily stand up, demos, board reviews, and retrospectives
* Maintains JIRA and other information radiators for the teams
* Collaborates with clients or end users to understand business requirements
* Acts as a liaison between development teams and product management, ensuring that appropriate project process is made
* Identifies and resolves impediments that slow development or prevent the team from meeting established goals or milestones
* Motivates teams to perform and ensures team members are collectively responsible for all aspects of the committed work (analysis, development, testing, documentation, etc.)
* Provides reports based on team capacity and how the team is preforming against capacity
* Serves as a scrum master for up to three medium size Agile teams or one large consolidated Agile team
* May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals
• Security clearance level: TS/SCI with Polygraph
