MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Project Manager to join our team in Chantilly, VA.

In this role, you will help lead critical delivery initiatives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure mission success.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Directly contributes to project definition, development, and enhancement efforts including cost management, schedule estimation, risk management, and quality assurance.

* Ensures proper performance of tasks necessary to achieve the most efficient and effective execution of the project objectives.

* Utilizes expert communication skills needed to direct technical resources, report on technical progress, and author complex technical documents.

* Interacts with senior external personnel on matters requiring deep coordination across multiple stakeholder organizations.

* Allocates contract resources including staffing to include subcontractors, facilities, and budgets while reviewing financial reports and risk mitigation activities.

* Supports formal project status reviews for delivery to the Government and coordinates the preparation of Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs).

* Ensures compliance with all regulatory and administrative requirements imposed by the contract in coordination with contracts staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in a related business field.

* 7+ years of experience as a Project or Program Manager leading projects of similar technical scope, type, and complexity.

* Demonstrated experience managing multi-task contracts, subcontracts, and technical operations within a multi-vendor environment.

* Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite of tools including Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project.

* Proven track record conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, and financial monitoring.

* Ability to support multiple project components of varying complexity and priority as a member of the Program Management Office (PMO)

Preferred Qualifications

* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

* Active Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.

* Familiarity with multiple development methodologies such as ITIL, Agile, Scrum, TDD, and Waterfall.

Clearance Requirements

* An active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.

Physical Requirements

* Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

* Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.

* The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $-$. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
