As a Senior Operations Support Technician, you will directly contribute to the success of critical client missions.

** Responsibilities*
* + Working within a small team, you will interface directly with operational clients and other support technicians to ensure tasks are completed promptly and in compliance with policy.

+ You will develop new ways of solving problems and contribute to training your customers to enhance their mission effectiveness.

** Basic Qualifications*
* + 10 years of experience supporting sensitive client operations

+ Demonstrated familiarity with policies and systems specific to sensitive operations support

+ Independent, diligent, and process-oriented work style

** Desired experience*
* + Creating and updating project documentation, to include SOPs and status reports

+ Experience in creating and delivering training materials

+ Experience communicating with executives

** Clearance*
* + An active TS/SCI with polygraph is required

** California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland** . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.

$158,900-$195,000 USD
