What You’ll Need to Succeed- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.

Skills & Experience: - Strong understanding of LAN/WAN architectures and proven ability to diagnose and resolve network issues.
- Hands‑on experience with VPN technologies, including Cisco VPN and comparable client solutions.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and end‑user support.
- Experience delivering technical support across diverse systems and environments.
- System administration experience with both Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, telephony, and video conferencing equipment.
- Experience deploying, configuring, and validating hardware and software components.
- Skilled in using enterprise ticketing and incident‑management systems.
- Practical experience supporting and maintaining Windows OS environments.
- Practical experience supporting and maintaining Linux OS environments.
- Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Desired Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated adherence to exceptional security practices, including handling Restricted Handling (RH) data.
- Experience supporting specialized systems such as FSA3 and FiCE.
- Certification as a Data Transfer Officer.
- Certification as a Krypto Handling Technician.
- Training or experience supporting special “Back Room” operational requirements.
- Advanced training in FSA3 and FiCE architectures, including associated troubleshooting procedures.

The likely salary range for this position is $107,744 - $143,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
