The Director of Information Technology is a strategic business leader responsible for aligning technology with Securis’ long‑term growth objectives. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role ensures our technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, business systems, and IT operations drive efficiency, support innovation, and enable continued growth across the organization.

As Director of IT, you will help shape the systems, processes, and technology strategy that power every aspect of our business while partnering closely with leaders and employees across the organization to solve real operational challenges.

Success in this role requires balancing strategic leadership with hands‑on execution. One day you may be evaluating enterprise software, leading a systems integration, or strengthening cybersecurity; the next, you may be helping an employee resolve a technology issue that keeps the business moving. Your ideas will be heard, your leadership will have a visible impact, and your work will directly contribute to the success of our employees, customers, and company.

• Develop and execute a technology roadmap aligned with Securis’ strategic growth objectives.
• Build strong relationships across every department, becoming a trusted technology partner to leadership and frontline employees.
• Improve operational efficiency by identifying opportunities to automate processes, optimize workflows, and better leverage existing technology investments.
• Strengthen the security, reliability, and scalability of Securis’ technology infrastructure to support continued business growth.
• Optimize business applications, including Salesforce, Workato, Okta, Google Workspace, and other critical systems, to maximize performance, integration, and return on investment.
