Program Manager - Cyber Security Clearance

Position: Program Manager - Cyber with Security Clearance
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Manager
- Cyber to join our team in the Chantilly, VA area. The role of the Program Manager
- Cyber is to direct, manage, and administer the accomplishment of all aspects of the SOW to ensure completion of all program activities within.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree

* Experience with cyber defense

* 10+ years of experience

* At least 5 years of recent and relevant experience as a Program Manager for a large (>150 FTE), complex IT program within the intelligence community.

* Exceptional communication skills.

* Ability to engage with customers at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Advanced degrees and certifications are desired. Examples of certifications are:
Active Project Management Institute Project Management Project Professional certification architectures and operations

* Experience with in the NRO and mission partners

* Experience with cyber defense

* Experience supporting business development and growth initiatives Security Clearance Requirements:
* Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph

Physical Requirements:

* Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 25% of the time.

* Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.

* Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer.

* Must be able to travel.
