Enterprise Hardware Service Delivery Manager

CACI is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to support our Department of the Air Force (DAF) customer on the Enterprise IT as a Service (EITaaS) program. The Service Delivery Manager will implement and operate a managed service for the DAF to procure end user IT hardware including laptops, desktops, tablets, displays, peripherals, etc. The managed service will replace legacy procurement contracts with an IT Storefront offering multiple options for modern devices.

The IT Storefront is a Service Now-based eCommerce system that has improved end user experience through intuitive interfaces and automated workflows. To deliver the managed service, the Service Delivery Manager will oversee multiple interdisciplinary teams.

This role is hybrid and will require at least 2 days on site in Chantilly, VA.

Responsibilities:

The Service Delivery Manager will:

  • Engage with senior EITaaS program leadership to understand the technical and business solution behind the enterprise hardware managed service.
  • Capture and report metrics on enterprise hardware operations, financials, risks and issues, etc.
  • Engage with a VAR that will have responsibilities for management of multiple OEMs, end user device analysis and selection, price change management, and supply chain management.
  • Manage a technical team that performs capability, security, and performance testing of end user IT devices.
  • Provide direction to and oversight of the team that develops, tests, deploys, and operates the IT Storefront.
  • Oversee projects from identification of requirements, analysis and design, development, end-user testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Establish strong partnerships with project sponsors, stakeholders, and project team.
  • Ensure adherence to the program's Systems Engineering Life Cycle through all project phases.
  • Create and manage detailed project schedules to define and schedule all tasks and dependencies for successful project delivery.
  • Create and manage project artifacts and customer deliverables.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ability to lead in a fast-moving environment to implement on time and on schedule.
  • Communicate effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications:

Required:

  • Experience leading matrixed organizations to bring enterprise scale commercial solutions (e.g. ITaaS, SaaS, PaaS) to the DoD.
  • 15+ Years of relevant experience (bachelor's degree in applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience).
  • Ability to work independently with little direction and management oversight.
  • Experience delivering solutions according to the Agile methodology.
  • Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain.

Desired:

  • Scrum Master or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Certification
  • Experience leading Service Now development projects
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Experience using Microsoft Project to build detailed project schedules.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
