Job Summary:
We are seeking an exp erienced
Epic Beacon Analyst
to join our healthcare technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting the Epic Beacon module while working closely with clinical and operational stakeholders. This role requires excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure successful delivery and ongoing support of Epic Beacon solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and support the Epic Beacon application.
- Collaborate with clinicians, business users, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Build, test, validate, and deploy Epic Beacon enhancements and workflows.
- Participate in system upgrades, optimization initiatives, and new implementations.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolution.
- Create and maintain system documentation, workflows, and build specifications.
- Support integrated testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and Epic best practices.
- L2 & L3 Support
- Provide end-user support and participate in on-call activities when required.
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality healthcare IT solutions.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience
working with the
Epic Beacon
module. - Epic Beacon Certification is mandatory.
- Experience with Epic build, configuration, testing, implementation, and production support.
- Strong understanding of oncology workflows and clinical operations.
- Experience working with integrated Epic applications is preferred.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Mandatory Requirements
- Epic Beacon Certification (Mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant Epic Beacon experience
Preferred Skills
- Experience in U.S. healthcare environments.
- Knowledge of Epic implementation methodology.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and clinical workflows.
- Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills.
