Principal Technical Consultant

This position requires office presence of a minimum of five days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

As part of the sales team, this position provides technical sales support to assure successful customer integration and implementation of established company products. Collaborates and contributes to unit sales plan through a diverse scope of pre-sales and/or post-sales technical consulting activities requiring the highly complex and diverse solutions.

What you'll do:

• Serve as the subject matter expert for RAD MP4100 voice and transport platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex voice, network, and service delivery issues.
• Provide Juniper routing and switching engineering support for mission-critical networks.
• Lead technical investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning.
• Support customer escalations and high-priority operational events.
• Coordinate with vendors, internal engineering teams, and customer stakeholders to maintain service availability.
• Develop and review network and voice infrastructure designs, implementation plans, and technical documentation.
• Support mission-critical NASA programs, including operational readiness activities and communications infrastructure supporting agency initiatives.

What you'll need:

• Full working knowledge of assigned products and services.
• Seasoned, in-depth knowledge of the relevant functional/process area; recognized subject matter expertise.
• Flexibility to work from a customer site, remote response center, corporate location, or other site (as assigned).

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired. 7+ years of related experience.
• Certification is required in some areas.

Our Principal Technical Consultant earns between $174,100 - $261,100. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
