Expert Systems Engineer – Agile Delivery, Jira Administration

• Own and support the Agile delivery process across customer teams
• Guide teams through iterative and incremental delivery practices
• Coach team members on Agile principles, processes, roles, and best practices
• Evaluate team processes and recommend improvements
• Facilitate communication and assist with conflict resolution
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, PI planning, and sprint retrospectives
• Identify, track, elevate, and assist with resolving impediments
• Coordinate with technical leads, Product Owners, stakeholders, and POCs to resolve dependencies
• Facilitate visibility and communication of risks, dependencies, and issues
• Develop, configure, and maintain Jira boards
• Create and manage Jira work items, including epics, stories, dependencies, risks, MVIs, and tasks
• Develop and maintain Jira dashboards, reports, gadgets, filters, and data-access structures
• Develop and maintain Jira Plans for program-level planning, scheduling, dependency management, and roadmap visibility
• Maintain Jira data quality and support users with functionality, configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting
• Improve Jira configurations and processes to support Agile delivery and customer requirements
• Serve as liaison among engineering teams, Product Owners, program leadership, stakeholders, and customer representatives
• Promote transparency of project, sprint, risk, dependency, and delivery information
• Use Confluence for documentation, knowledge sharing, collaboration, and Agile processes

• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph with this Customer
• 10+ years of relevant experience in a systems engineering role
• Agile software development and delivery methodologies
