ServiceNow GRC Audit Adoption Lead​/Dashboard Developer

Location: Chantilly, VA (Government/Contractor SCIF) 100% on-site

Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance/TS SCI Preferred

We are seeking an Audit Tower Adoption Lead / Dashboard Developer to serve as the day-to-day guided-adoption lead for DIA’s GRC Audit tower while building the Performance Analytics dashboards and indicators DIA stakeholders open. You will run demonstrations, hands-on testing and pilot use with DIA’s audit staff, and tune analytical models into role-based dashboards, until DIA staff are operating the Audit tower independently.

Note:

this is the Policy & Compliance-side Audit tower under Effort F2 guided adoption - it is distinct from, and does not include, the OIG Oversight Platform scoped application delivered under Effort F3.

• Experience with Service Now Performance Analytics and dashboard/indicator development.
• Functional familiarity with GRC Audit / controls-testing workflows.
• Experience running guided adoption, demonstrations or hands‑on pilot testing with end users new to a platform.
• Comfortable operating as a named functional lead rather than as part of a standing development team.

• Run demonstrations, hands‑on testing and pilot use of the Audit tower with DIA audit staff.
• Tune analytical models into Performance Analytics indicators, breakdowns and role-based dashboards.
• Support the Cross-Tower Reporting & Dashboard Enablement lead on shared reporting and analytics.
• Support Goal Framework activation-readiness assessment where it touches the Audit tower.
• Provide audit-ready views and configuration support surfaced during guided adoption.
• Transfer knowledge so DIA staff can independently operate the Audit tower by Run.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

Success in this role is measured by DIA audit staff independently piloting the Audit tower by the end of Walk, backed by dashboards leadership actually opens rather than a configured‑but‑unused module.

Must meet degree and years of experience criteria below:

• High School Diploma/ GED 12
• Associates Degree 10
• Bachelors Degree 8
• Masters Degree 6
• PhD 4

• DoD 8570 IAT II (e.g., Security+)
• Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD)

• Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – GRC or Performance Analytics
• ITIL 4 Foundation

Salary Range: $140-230k. The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position
