At GCI, we solve the hard problems. As an Cyber Technical Analyst, a typical day will include the following duties:
Description GCI is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Cyber Technical Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible for the below.
* The resource shall conduct project research and publish project leads.

* The resource shall provide targeting support and overwatch for case management.

* The resource shall facilitate and maintain relationships with other client and USIC partners.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Demonstrated experience conducting in-depth targeting research and analysis on target priorities.

* Demonstrated experience crafting actionable leads and issuing detailed targeting packages to Stations via cables.

* Demonstrated experience with projects against targets.

* Demonstrated experience and ability to determine work requirements and perform work without supervision.

* Demonstrated experience and ability to communicate complex information and concepts to an audience of varying levels of technical expertise.

* Demonstrated experience and interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.

* Demonstrated experience and ability to sort through, catalog, and analyze multiple forms of data types using an array of tolls and methods to achieve targeting objectives.

* Demonstrated experience in utilizing technical targeting processes and targeting tools.
Desired

Skills and Abilities

* Demonstrated experience with Iran targets and/or Farsi language ability.

* Demonstrated experience and familiarity with NSA's mission areas to effectively use SIGNIT in support of targeting efforts.

* Demonstrated experience and educational or work background in cybersecurity or computer-related topics.

* BA/BS (or equivalent experience)

* 8-10 years of experience
