We are seeking a motivated and adaptable professional to join our team as a Technical Services Associate | Audio Visual (AV) Tech
. This role is multi-faceted, involving both technical support for IT systems and providing audio-visual and video-teleconferencing (VTC) support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This position is onsite and located in our Chantilly VA office.

• Provide technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support teams in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems, software, networked, and wireless systems.
• Manage work assignments and tasks through a ticketing system.
• Assist with computer moves, system imaging, deployment, and ensure proper documentation of equipment reception and removal.
• Maintain and update accurate asset records.

• Support video-teleconferencing (VTC) and audiovisual events, including scheduling, setup, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing AV/VTC events with minimal supervision when necessary.
• Develop and implement procedures, policies, and technical solutions to address customers' AV and VTC requirements.
• Participate in handling AV and VTC installations as well as hardware upgrades.

• Candidates must have a Bachelors Degree and 0-2 years of experience. 4 additional years of experience can be used in lieu of a degree.
• Candidates Must obtain DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification within 6 months of hire.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to get a Poly
• Candidates must be U.S. Citizens.
• Experience providing onsite technical support
• 1-2 years of experience doing hardware updates.

Target salary range $40,001 - $80,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
