A driven, inquisitive Dev Ops specialist who thrives in secure, cloud‑native, and mission‑focused engineering environments. You enjoy solving complex delivery challenges, modernizing enterprise platforms, and accelerating software delivery for federal clients. You lead with automation, champion security, and deliver production‑ready solutions that scale across hybrid and classified environments.

As a Dev Ops Engineer SME, you will serve as the subject matter expert for enterprise Dev Ops strategy, CI/CD architecture, and secure software delivery. You will design and implement automated deployment platforms using Git Lab, containerization, Kubernetes, and cloud‑native patterns aligned to AFS accelerators and compliance frameworks. You’ll drive modernization efforts across multiple environments to ensure reliable delivery of applications and machine‑learning solutions while establishing enterprise‑wide Dev Ops best practices and zero‑trust alignment.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Hands‑on experience designing and supporting enterprise CI/CD pipelines, including Jenkins.
• Knowledge of IaC tools (Terraform, Cloud Formation, Ansible).
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience supporting automated testing and software deployment across multi‑environment pipelines.
• Strong scripting and automation experience (Python, Bash, Power Shell, or similar).
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and Dev Ops practices.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, infrastructure automation, and configuration‑management tools.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex software, infrastructure, and deployment issues.
• Minimum of an Active Top Secret Clearance

• Experience supporting machine‑learning workflows, MLOps platforms, or AI/ML infrastructure.
• Experience with source control platforms (Git, Git Hub, Git Lab, Bitbucket).
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability platforms.
• Relevant industry certifications (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Security, Dev Ops).

• Minimum of an Active Top Secret security clearance required

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
