AI Platform - Customer Service Engineer Security Clearance

Ready Support Services LLC, a Tyto Athene company, is searching for an AI Platform – Customer Service Engineer to join our growing team. You will join a diverse team of engineers responsible for ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes with our AI‑powered solutions by providing strategic guidance, technical support, and relationship management. This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills and the ability to identify and address potential customer pain points.

This position will play a key role in supporting customers leveraging next‑generation infrastructure to drive innovation in the artificial intelligence field.

• The AI Platform CSE develops long‑term relationships with customers that drive loyalty, retention, and growth for the program.
• Has a basic understanding of AI and machine‑learning concepts such as data preprocessing, model training, and deployment, and can explain complex technical terms to customers in a non‑technical manner.
• Communicates effectively, articulating the value proposition of the product, addressing customer concerns, and providing clear explanations of features and benefits.
• Identifies and resolves complex technical problems, works collaboratively with internal teams (e.g., engineering), and escalates critical issues when necessary.
• Possesses basic data analysis skills, including the ability to interpret data metrics, track customer engagement, and identify trends in usage patterns.
• Gathers insights from customers about their needs, pain points, and goals, using this information to develop targeted strategies for customer success, retention, and growth.
• Has a deep understanding of the AI product’s features, functionality, and limitations, and can explain how the product works, provide usage guidance, and identify potential areas for improvement.
• Manages changes as the AI Platform evolves, communicating with customers about updates and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
• Travels up to 20% of the time, as required, to perform on‑site installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities at customer sites or data centers.

• Have current IAM Level II to satisfy DOD 8570 IAT requirement clearance.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with counter‑intelligence polygraph.
