Sr. Supply Chain Analyst – Chantilly, VA
Location: Chantilly, VA (US-VA-CHANTILLY-200)
Job Summary: The Sr. Supply Chain Analyst will serve as the central point of contact for IT Commercial‑off‑the‑Shelf (COTS) products and provide limited hardware and software services to a broad customer base.
Responsibilities- Serve as a central point of contact for IT COTS products.
- Support a Monday‑Friday eight‑hour daily work schedule, 06:00–18:00.
- Maintain and utilize a customer‑approved products list.
- Identify and execute opportunities for improvement based on customer interactions.
- Handle shipping/receiving of property and materials.
- Perform inventory and asset management of government contractor materials and hardware/software components.
- Sanitization and disposition of property.
- Process hardware retirement through prescribed program security.
- Operate a box truck, forklift, and pallet jack as needed.
- Trace and locate lost goods.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
- Be vigilant about security issues and communicate with uncleared vendors.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Active U.S. government‑issued Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI Poly, required prior to start date; U.S. citizenship is required.
- Experience with supply chain management, IT technical support, and customer service.
- Experience with Technologies program management based on customer interactions.
- Experience in logistics (material acquisition and handling).
- Familiarity with technical systems engineering and integration or IT.
- Proactive, collaborative, delivery‑focused team player.
- Excellent communication skills.
