Who You AreYou are a hands‑on problem solver who takes pride in fixing and maintaining equipment. You pay attention to detail and are committed to delivering high‑quality service every time. Working independently comes naturally to you, and you’re comfortable managing your own schedule. Physically capable of lifting and moving vending machines and parts, you also have the technical skills to handle basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
Clear communication and professionalism are important to you, and you strive to provide excellent customer service. Above all, you are reliable, punctual, and safety‑conscious in everything you do.
- Install, service, and repair vending machines at customer locations.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Conduct routine maintenance, including cleaning, calibration, and part replacement.
- Ensure machines are stocked and operational according to company standards.
- Maintain accurate service records and report issues promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service during on‑site visits.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Must be a US or Australian Citizen.
- Must possess a US TS/SCI or AUS PV Clearance.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- Previous experience in vending machine repair or similar mechanical/electrical role.
- Knowledge of refrigeration systems and payment processing technology.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Basic computer skills for record‑keeping and reporting.
This role will be located in Alice Springs. This position is expected to be onsite 100%.
