IT Program Director – Intel

We’re seeking a Senior Director to lead a large, complex IT program in the IC, ensuring high‑quality delivery, performance, and operational excellence across multiple projects and teams.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor of Arts / Bachelor of Science or equivalent
• Security clearance level:
  Active TS/SCI with poly
• US citizenship required
• 10+ years of IT program management experience, including 5+ years overseeing multi‑project or multi‑task‑order programs in the Intelligence Community (IC)
• Proven leadership of programs totaling $20M+ in contract value within the past 5 years
• Experience managing delivery across 3+ concurrent IT projects with 25+ total staff and 5+ subcontractors or vendor partners
• Consistent performance management, maintaining 95%+ compliance with contract SLAs/KPIs (uptime, incident response, delivery timelines) across at least four consecutive quarters
• Strong cost and schedule control, maintaining cost variance within ±5% and delivering 85%+ of milestones on or ahead of baseline schedules over at least two years
