Develop and manage resource and spend plans aligned to organizational priorities. Allocate staff, budget, and operational resources based on evolving needs. Advise leadership on resource gaps, risks, and strategic planning.
Financial OversightHandle budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial execution across departments. Maintain accurate financial records, process invoices and reimbursements, and support payroll inputs. Conduct reconciliations and prepare financial status reports. Support audits, compliance reviews, and year‑end processes.
Operational & Office ManagementOversee daily office operations and implement efficient workflows. Manage vendor relationships, records, and internal documentation systems. Support HR‑related actions such as onboarding, timesheets, and staff coordination.
What You Will Need- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP) polygraph
- Bachelor's Degree
- EIGHT (8) or more years of experience in the national security setting
- A high performing resource and finance professional with extensive experience managing budgets, supervising staff, coordinating across departments, and supporting mission focused operations.
- Experience managing multi million dollar budgets or resource programs.
- Supervisory or team lead experience.
- Accounting or Quick Books certifications.
- Strong financial management and budgeting expertise.
- Proficiency in bookkeeping, accounting systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive information and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Background supporting government, mission‑driven, or complex organizations.
