Job Overview

Oversee complex programs that drive impactful mission outcomes for our customers as a Project/Task Senior Manager.

• Play a crucial role in program planning and execution, including timelines and resource allocation.
• Proactively identify project risks and resolve issues.
• Maintain seamless communication with team members, customers, and leadership.
• Oversee integrated master schedule, logistics, procurement, and contract deliverables.
• Provide technical, administrative, and operational management to assigned projects or tasks, including contract and subcontractor management.
• Attend customer meetings and serve as client liaison; interact with vendors, other agencies, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate development of deliverables and products.
• Ensure quality assurance of project deliverables.
• Participate in special projects as required.

• Bachelor of Arts/Science degree.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Technical skills: MS Project, SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite.
• Security clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph.
• US citizenship.
• Experience in the Intelligence community (information technology, installation, industry).
• Travel requirement: 50–75% onsite.
• Scheduled weekly hours: 40.
