This is a structured training program designed to be completed within 6 months with support from a mentor and trainer. Successful program completion will result in an interview for or placement as a Team Leader.
What will I do?- Manage employee performance by providing resources, training, feedback and development opportunities
- Provide incredible customer service to customers and employees alike
- Help to problem solve operational challenges while maintaining open two‑way communication with managers
- Coordinate activities, prioritize tasks and ensure the operation runs efficiently for your team
- Customer service experience, preferably in a food service, grocery, or retail setting
- Computer skills
- Experience leading a team

Work EnvironmentMust be able to walk and stand for long periods, perform repetitive hand and arm movements, occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, and maintain continuous interaction with customers and coworkers in a fast‑paced environment. Must be able to work with various allergens and may work at a cash register station. Typical temperature ranges are 33°‑55° indoors, with occasional exposure to hot equipment exceeding 135° and seasonal outdoor weather.
Basic tools include computer and handheld telephone, walkie‑talkie, powered pallet jack, and scissors lift.
Customer service experience, preferably in a food service, grocery, or retail setting;
Managerial/supervisory experience living our values and achieving results in our 5 measures.
