K ’s National Security Solutions team provides high-end engineering and advanced technology solutions to our customers in the intelligence and national security communities. Primary Responsibilities- Strategic Oversight:
Provide high-level direction and strategic management for the contract, aligning contractor activities with government mission objectives and requirements. - Personnel Management:
Oversee all contractor staff, including recruitment, retention, performance management, and professional development to ensure a high‑performing team. - SOW Compliance:
Ensure all functions defined in the Statement of Work are successfully executed on time and within budget; monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs). - Operational Leadership:
Manage the complexities of a 24/7 operational environment, ensuring continuous coverage and rapid response to emerging mission requirements. - Stakeholder Liaison:
Serve as the primary interface between the contractor and government technical representatives, providing regular status reports and attending executive‑level briefings. - Interagency
Collaboration:
Facilitate effective communication and project coordination across various agencies within the Intelligence Community (IC).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- PMP Certification or equivalent government program management certification is highly desired.
- Active TS/SCI with Poly required.
- 15+ years of experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years of Program Management experience leading projects of similar size, scope, and complexity.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience directly supporting 24/7 operations environments, demonstrating the ability to manage shift‑based missions.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience working within the Intelligence Community.
- Proven track record of relevant experience working with various IC organizations and understanding their unique operational requirements.
Basic Compensation: $209,000 - $232,200 (Virginia area only). The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign‑on bonus, relocation benefits, short‑term incentives, long‑term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
