K ’s National Security Solutions team provides high-end engineering and advanced technology solutions to our customers in the intelligence and national security communities. In this position, your work will have a profound impact on the country’s most critical role – protecting our national security.

• Strategic Oversight:
  Provide high-level direction and strategic management for the contract, aligning contractor activities with government mission objectives and requirements.
• Personnel Management:
  Oversee all contractor staff, including recruitment, retention, performance management, and professional development to ensure a high‑performing team.
• SOW Compliance:
  Ensure all functions defined in the Statement of Work are successfully executed on time and within budget; monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Operational Leadership:
  Manage the complexities of a 24/7 operational environment, ensuring continuous coverage and rapid response to emerging mission requirements.
• Stakeholder Liaison:
  Serve as the primary interface between the contractor and government technical representatives, providing regular status reports and attending executive‑level briefings.

  Facilitate effective communication and project coordination across various agencies within the Intelligence Community (IC).

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
• PMP Certification or equivalent government program management certification is highly desired.
• Active TS/SCI with Poly required.
• 15+ years of experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of Program Management experience leading projects of similar size, scope, and complexity.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience directly supporting 24/7 operations environments, demonstrating the ability to manage shift‑based missions.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience working within the Intelligence Community.
• Proven track record of relevant experience working with various IC organizations and understanding their unique operational requirements.

Basic Compensation: $209,000 - $232,200 (Virginia area only). The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign‑on bonus, relocation benefits, short‑term incentives, long‑term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
